The SQEEDS Guarantee

We want you to love your SQEEDS as much as we do.   We take a lot of pride in our products, materials and how we treat our customers. If we ever fall short of your expectations, we want to hear about it!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your SQEEDS product, you can return it for a full refund or easy exchange. Simply put, we want you to be thrilled with us and our product. If you aren’t, we’ll work to make it right.


OUR POLICIES, IN A NUTSHELL

  • Free shipping for any return or exchange.
  • All returns must occur within 45 days of the original purchase date.  Returns within this time frame will receive full refund.
  • All products must be returned in original condition, and must contain your original receipt/packing slip.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges will be reviewed and processed within 10 days of receipt.  We will notify you by email once the product has been received.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted for defective product.  Exchanges for color swaps cannot be accepted without incurring shipping costs (by you).
  • We check each shipment carefully, before it leaves our headquarters.  But sometimes, things get missed.  If there is a defect or product quality issue, please let us know immediately, so we can resolve the issue.  Email us at orders@sqeeds.com right away, so we can get to work making it right.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Free or promotional items that were part of an event, giveaway or roadshow.  All returns must include the original sales receipt.
  • Used or damaged items, not in original condition.
  • Any purchase made from another retailer.  Please visit your original retailer in this situation.
  • Any item purchased over 6 moths ago.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND:

  • Send an email to orders@sqeeds.com.  Your subject line must contain the words REFUND REQUEST.
  • In the body of the email, please provide your name, phone number, and reason for returning.
  • We’ll respond to your request within 48 hours, and we will provide you with an pre-paid shipping label.
  • Mail package back to us at your local USPS.
  • Make sure to allow 10 days for us to process your return.  We will update you via email once the return has been finalized.
